Sea Salt And Weight Loss Diet

There are numerous health benefits of sea salt and include claims from improving digestion to providing energy to the body, It is credited to minerals and trace elements left in sea salt that are wiped out of table salt during factory processing activities.

The amount of sodium chloride by weight is same in Sea salt and ordinary salt. Human body only needs a couple of hundred milligrams (mg) a day to stay healthy.  But, sodium is an ingredient found in most processed foods and most people intake larger amount of sodium than they need, which is not good for health.

Now In order to be healthy and physically fit, you should keep sodium consumption between 1,500 and 2,300 mg of sodium a day if you’re a healthy adult. If you have some diseases or medical conditions, you should follow your medical practioner’s recommendations concerning sodium consumption.  People with high blood pressure and anyone middle-aged or older should aim for the low end of that range in order to be on safer side.

Well Sea salt is well known stimulator of blood circulation in our body that’s the reason why doctor say, not to take sea salt or table salt to patients suffering from high blood pressure. That’s why when you intake more salt than specified limit, the blood circulation goes higher than required and you will feel hungry every now and then and if you feel hungry you will eat more, which means more calories and weight gain.

So in order to maintain your weight loss diet you should intake minimal amount of salt that is healthy for your body, Exercise regularly and eat meals high in lean protein and low in fat. Eliminate sugar as much as possible. It has no nutritional value and can do a lot to sabotage your efforts at a healthy life. This does not mean you have to give up the things that you love, but you have to learn to set limits. Learning what it takes to be healthy and living by these principles eighty percent of the time will keep you healthy and helps keep up with weight loss diet plan.

Good news Vinegar helps you losing weight but is it safe to take vinegar in your daily diet ?
Lets find out

Central Research Institute, Japan Scientists, suggest that people lose weight with vinegar.

Scientists tested the effect of vinegar on laboratory mice by adding 0.3% or 1.5% vinegar solution to their daily meals. For six weeks the mice were receiving vinegar solution with calorie-rich meals and kept under observation;. The results after six-week experiment were amazing “vinegar” group weighted 10% less than the control group of mice.

The reason why vinegar helps in losing weight is its chemical properties which activates genes present in body of mice which in turn produces enzymes for fatty acid oxidation.

According to research vinegar is safe to use in daily diet but in appropriate proportion only.

Here is a Vinegar Dressing Salad for weight loss

Add equal parts of red wine vinegar and olive oil with a dash of pepper. Use this dressing on your salad, to make a super meal- high in fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants. Add some protein with lean meat to make it complete. Olive oil contains healthy fats that benefit your heart and keep it healthy.

So that’s all about a vinegar weight loss diet, But there is a more efficient weight loss diet I ever came a cross and most amazing thing is I used it to drop my 23 lbs in just 2 weeks.

knoa toxic dog food

September 1, 2009

Not all foods that are suitable for humans are suitable for dogs.

In fact, some of them can be dangerous and even fatal. Someone of you will
have heard or read some of people comments on dangerous food before.

There may be numerous items around your home that could be attractive to dogs,
but which could also be quite dangerous. In addition to cleaning agents and
poisons, common household plants can also be dangerous to dogs when they
are consumed.

Some items may produce minor problems such as vomiting when eaten in small
amounts. In other cases, severe symptoms may result. Immediate action and
treatment can help to reduce symptoms as well as prevent long term damage or
even death.

This is just a sample of some commonly seen dangerous items that dogs could eat.

1) Apples :
When dogs consume large amounts of fruits such as applies, and even
apricots, these foods can be toxic to dogs. The most dangerous part of these
foods are the seeds, leaves and stems. This is because such fruits contain a
compound that is similar to cyanide.
Signs of cyanide poisoning in your dog may include dilated pupils, apprehension,
hyperventilation, difficulty breathing and shock. When these symptoms are
present, you should seek assistance from your vet.

2) Chocolate
As most people know, chocolate can be fatal to a dog when
consumed in large amounts. The reason that chocolate, particularly dark
chocolate, can be fatal to dogs is the presence of caffeine as well as
methylxanthine alkaloids and theobromine.
When we as humans eat chocolate we are able to digest and then later excrete
these items within just a few hours. That is not the case with dogs. It can take
much longer for dogs to excrete these items. In some cases it can take as long
as 18 hours. Symptoms include diarrhea and vomiting as well as muscle twitching, hyperactivity, restlessness, excessive panting and increased urination.
In severe cases, there may also be seizure activity. Speak to you vet immediately.

3) Baking Powder and Baking Soda :
Both of these items are leavening agents
which make batter rise. When a dog consumes large amounts of either of these
items, it can lead to abnormalities in the dog’s electrolytes. Symptoms often
include muscle spasm. See you vet immediately as this can cause congestive
heart failure.

Conclusion :

Choosing the right food for your dog is tremendously important.

Unlike humans, dogs do not have the ability to review health information on their
own and choose the healthiest food on their own.

Dog’s Nutrition Free Tips

dog

Dear fellow dog lover,

We have all heard the “horror stories” about the tainted, and sometimes toxic dog foods on the market and have also heard about the regular dog food recalls.

Many dog owners have some idea that some common foods eaten at our dinner table and fed to our dogs as table scraps can be fatal for our dogs.

Many of us are aware of the poor quality, sometimes useless, filler ingredients in many commercial dog foods and the dangers of many foods cooked in our homes for our dogs.

Even if you prepare your dog’s food at home, there’s the danger of feeding the wrong type of food than can cause serious illness to your dog.

They can rob your dog of… it’s ENERGY, it’s HEALTH, and of it’s VERY LIFE ITSELF.

You are probably just like me and like most responsible dog owners, and just want the best for your dog within a certain budget, right?

Alarm bells first started ringing for me regarding dog food several years ago, after seeing the pain an acquaintance, Sonia (not her real name) went through after losing her 2 dogs, one aged eight and one six and a half.

One of her dogs died of pancreatitis and one of heart failure, both of which can occur as a result of feeding the wrong food.

It wasn’t really her fault though..

It’s not that Sonia was a bad dog owner, she just did what many dog owners do… And what I used to do… she fed her dog a standard dog food she found in the supermarket plus some regular table scraps.

Like many others, she didn’t understand how to make sense out of a dog food label or how to choose healthy and safe food for her dogs.

On closer examination, the dog food she had been feeding was one of the worst ones available and many of the table scraps she fed were extremely unhealthy. For instance she had no idea how dangerous onions can be for a dog!

Simply understanding the label would have alerted Sonia not to use that dog food. Plus, the indiscriminate feeding of table scraps also contributed to her two dog’s untimely deaths.

And that was just the beginning for me

Ever since I witnessed the pain that can be caused by losing a pet at a young age, I started looking into dog foods more closely.

It’s been quite a journey I can tell you and I haven’t made many friends in the many dog food companies I have pestered for answers.

We all recognize deep down that our dog’s diet is paramount to good health, just as our own diet is vital to our own good health.

Yet, we are often unsure, or at worst ill advised, how to best manage our dog’s nutrition.

To Keep Your Dog Healthy, You Must Discover What To Look For, and How To Properly Read And Understand The Deceptive Practices In Dog Food Ingredient Labels.

This information I have put together will show you what some dog food companies don’t want you to know.

I put together the “Complete Guide To Your Dog’s Nutrition” ebook and audio package over the last 18 and a half months and inside you’ll find;
